Alkagesta said it discussed fuel purchasing requirements and prospective supply arrangements with Ukrainian filling station operators at PROкачай АЗС 2026 in Kyiv. In its account of the event, the company described meetings focused on the needs of the country’s downstream fuel retail market. The gathering brought together representatives of filling station networks and businesses supplying products and services to the sector, with conference sessions, an exhibition and business-to-business networking.
The company was represented by Elchin Aliyev, its Regional Commodity Trader for Ukraine. According to Alkagesta, his discussions with network representatives covered procurement needs, future supply programmes and delivery models, as well as the possibility of longer-term strategic partnerships in Ukraine’s fuel retail market. The company presented these subjects as areas for discussion with prospective counterparties; its account did not announce supply agreements or provide volumes, prices or delivery schedules arising from the meetings.
Beyond the commercial discussions, the event’s programme addressed filling station operations, technology and infrastructure. A dedicated panel examined security and resilience in fuel retail during wartime, according to Alkagesta. The company linked that theme to the continuing adaptation of Ukraine’s energy distribution network under sustained pressure. Its account placed the panel within a wider programme spanning operational and infrastructure issues, alongside the opportunities for direct contact between fuel retailers and suppliers.
Alkagesta said its Ukrainian trading activities encompass petroleum products distribution, biofuels and fertilisers. It described participation in events such as PROкачай АЗС as a means of gaining direct access to the downstream retail market and to the counterparties involved in purchasing decisions across the country’s filling station networks. The Kyiv appearance therefore centred on procurement discussions and potential commercial relationships, rather than a disclosed transaction or a quantified change in the company’s Ukrainian supply business.
